Roles and responsibilitiesBusiness Partnering
Coordinate and plan monthly training calendar with Retail Operations Head for implementation of all training programs.
Identify training needs for the region & create Content accordingly.
Deliver training programs based on the calendar planned for the Department Managers, Store Managers, Asst. Store Managers
Ensure all new employees are covered under induction
Conduct Train the Trainer programs for In Store Trainers & certify them
Monitor & audit the IST calendars, reports and programs
Identify Buddies in consultation with operations and train them
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
Responsible for preparing training budget as per the timelines and ensuring adherence to the same
Audits & Reports
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through regular observations on the floor
Ensure submission of all reports as per timelines
Required Candidate profilePresentable
Candidates from retail, hospitality or airlines industry would be preferred
Effective communications (written & verbal) skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Thorough skills on Content Creation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Salary: INR 6,50,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
