Job Description

This role will focus on driving Key Account Management & Strategic Alliances and ensuring visibility and Sales of International and In-house Brands at various Ecommerce Platform (Like Myntra, Jabong, etc)
Cataloging & Order Processing
Listing, updating products sales channels (Myntra, Jabong, etc)
Research & Compare products on different competitive websites
Process Orders daily
promotional activities at Websites
Daily Records.
Maximize the revenue and margin from products through online sales
Responsible for achieving revenue goals from Partner websites
Evaluate key indicators to determine the effectiveness of catalogue strategies for international product catalog and monitor progress against budget goals.
Execute innovative and creative catalogue strategies that achieve revenue growth and maximize the return on promotional investment.
Explore new catalogue formats, determine ways to generate more catalogue inquiries, and test the effectiveness of different offers and messages to key target audiences.
Oversee product catalogue, on-orders, initial shipping and receiving product tracking and follow-up on all problems on a timely basis.
Mentor and guide Process Experts within team to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation,
Conceptualize, design and deliver trainings to the team as per the target to be achieved.
Liaison with Partner Panel representatives with regards to SLAs and any other issues or concerns
Assists with management of online metrics and make recommendations for continued improvement and optimization.
Analyzes various business initiatives across all aspects of the online business to determine success or opportunities for change, then develops and implements action plans based on those analyses/recommendations.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve business goals.
Analyzes sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
Competitor Analysis - Monitoring marketplace products, service offerings and pricing; leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/ opportunities in current catalog.
Drive development in the strategic business planning, budgeting and sales strategy approach.
Monitoring the weekly, daily, and seasonal and/or one-time reports. Assist the Merchants in report analysis.

Required Candidate profile

Strong business analysis skills
Strategic outlook with System Thinking perspective

Salary: INR 17,00,000 - 20,00,000 PA.
