Job Description:-

  • The primary job function of the area manager is to manage and assume 
  • overall responsibility for the success of their stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.
  • Reaching to the targets and goals set for given territory
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding business through various
  • development strategies
  • Responsible for ensuring that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times
  • Coordinating with HRD for with Recruiting and training sales staff 
  • Driving team performance
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Schedule regular store visits to ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention. 
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • They will be expected to train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide 
  • constructive guidance to store managers and the team related to all areas of effective operations 
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales ;Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development;
  • Attending and chairing meetings;
  • New initiatives and other pertinent issues.
